Commission on the Status of Women

The United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (UNCSW) provides a platform for delegates to address gender inequality through advocating for women’s empowerment worldwide. The commission explores the social, political, and institutional barriers that shape women’s experiences across societies worldwide. Delegates are challenged to consider differing cultural perspectives and human rights standpoints to develop practical solutions that promote equality for women. Delegates will have the opportunity to amplify underrepresented voices and examine how meaningful progress toward gender equality can be achieved through international cooperation.
