Honorable directors, secretariats, student officers, and delegates,
Welcome to SHASMUN XIV! We will be hosting our in house conference on February 6-8, 2026. The theme of this year is “The owl of Minerva”. Our conference welcomes students in High School (G9 - G12).
Please take some time to complete the Form I below. Fill out some basic information as well as the expected delegation size from your school. To avoid overestimating, we highly recommend directors and the club secretariats from your MUN program to estimate your delegation size after communicating with every member in your club.
This form is due October 24th, 2026!
If you wish to withdraw or expand your delegation size after submission, please do so by contacting us via shasmun@saschina.org. Additionally, important details of our conference can all be found on our official website, shasmun.org!
